- It may be that talking with a counselor will help you. If you feel stuck, depressed or not up to grooming yourself, for example, don’t hesitate to seek help.
- Grief counseling is specialized and provides a safe space to explore your feelings.
- Bereavement can take time. This is not a sprint, but a marathon. So be patient with yourself..
