  • It might help to talk with others who are also grieving. While you are struggling to manage your grief, talking with others who going through the same thing can help. You will realize that you are not alone.
  • Don’t know where to find a support group? Check with your local hospice, hospitals, religious communities, and government agencies to find a group in your area. If you prefer to join an online group it can give you the anonymity you desire while being accessible wherever you are.

You don’t have to grieve alone or feel isolated. I’m a member of several Facebook grief groups.
