Yoga for sexual trauma

I have been raped twice, both times by men I thought I knew. On the third attempt, I fought for what seemed like my life and then went out of a 4-story window outside of Paris. There was no other way out. Once back in the US, I intuitively turned to Yoga. First, it helped me manage back pain, then I realized it helped me in other ways.
