Adrianne Lind is a Mindfulness Activist, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, and Journaling Hangout Host. A remote worker since 2004, she has lived and worked in four countries and understands the realities of remote work life. She is also a volunteer yoga teacher with Veterans Yoga Project, bringing trauma-informed movement and mindfulness to those who need it most. Her personal wellness journey includes over 2,200+ days of gratitude journaling and 25+ years of Yoga and meditation practice. She believes wellness should be fun, inclusive, and accessible—not just another corporate checkbox.
