The word Shakti comes from Sanskrit, meaning power or divine feminine energy. Rising evokes growth, transformation, and unity. Celebrate International Women’s Day with Shakti Rising, a four-day summit honoring the divine feminine energy and the resilience of women worldwide. From March 5th to March 8th, join us on YouTube for empowering sessions led by experienced guides in Yoga, meditation, and journaling. These 30-minute practices, concluding with a panel discussion, are designed to help you reconnect with your inner power, cultivate peace, and ignite your creativity.
Who Should Attend:
Shakti Rising is open to women and allies of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions are designed to inspire and uplift you.
What You Need:
- A place where you won’t be disturbed
- 30 minutes (days 1 – 3) 60 minutes (day 4)
- A yoga mat, towel, or blanket
- Journal and pen, beverage

What to expect each day from 17h00 CET/11 am ET
Day 1: “Ignite Your Inner Shakti: A Vinyasa Yoga Flow to Empower and Energize”
Stefanie will guide you through a dynamic 30-minute warrior-goddess flow designed to awaken your inner strength and confidence. Through movement and breath, you’ll feel energized and ready to embrace your power.
Experience an energy boost, feel the strength of your body, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.
Stefanie Heider, MA, CYT, is a Yoga teacher, CEO, and Mentor. She lives in Germany and always was in love with learning more about cultures. In 2020 she graduated from university with a Master’s degree in cultural anthropology. Knowing that she wants to change her career path, she worked in Gran Canaria and started her first yoga teaching training while visiting Mexico. In 2021 she founded her own yoga business to support women with their holistic health and well-being. Since 2024 she supports self-employed women and founders in achieving their goals. The focus is on a cycle-oriented way of working that results in well-being and long-term success for female entrepreneurs. In addition to her experience as a CEO, she draws on her knowledge of yoga, life purpose coaching and cultural anthropology.
Day 2: “Nurturing Resilience: Gentle Therapeutic Yoga for Healing and Strength”
Join Tess for a soothing 30-minute session featuring gentle stretches, grounding movements, and therapeutic techniques to calm the body and mind. This class emphasizes self-compassion and emotional well-being.
Reduce stress, promote relaxation, and foster a sense of resilience.
Tess Jewell-Larsen is a certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, Experienced Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500, Mindfulness Coach, and Somatic Healer. She empowers women professionals, entrepreneurs and juggling-it-all’ers to go from exhausted and overwhelmed to balanced and thriving. Tess also specializes in pelvic health and women’s health. She emphasizes breath support, mindful movement, stress management, nervous system resiliency, mindset and lifestyle shifts, and taking small steps that build up, so that her clients feel more joyful, balanced, and optimistic, and thrive no matter what obstacles come their way.
Day 3: “Rest, Restore and Empower: A Yoga Nidra Practice”
Candy will lead you through a deeply relaxing 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice. This guided meditation will help you release tension, connect with your inner calm, and set empowering intentions.
Enhance relaxation, improve focus, and foster emotional clarity.
Candy Price is a wellness professional with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She specializes in adapting fitness and meditation classes so they are accessible, approachable, and enjoyable for all. As a yoga teacher, her passion is to make yoga and other movement practices accessible and achievable for all. Additionally, she loves to develop classes that work with people and their limitations so they can feel empowered while finding more ease in their bodies. Her credentials include: 200HR Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer NASM, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Associate of Science Degree.
Day 4: “Write Your Power: A Journaling Hangout for Self-Discovery”
Grab your journal and join Adrianne for a casual 30-minute hangout where you’ll explore prompts and creative exercises to connect with your inner voice and power.
Spark self-reflection, build self-confidence, and nurture creativity.

Adrianne Lind, BA, MA, MSc, CYT is the host and organizer of Shakti Rising: 2025 International Women’s Day Summit. She is the Author of Wellness on the Weekly: 52 Fun Prompts For Mindfulness, Movement, and a Whole Lot Less Stress!, a Mindfulness Activist, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, and host of the Yoga Saved Me Podcast. She founded Always Home Yoga to help humans manage their stress with mindfulness practices. She customizes programs to help others Grieve With Grace, Release the Shame and Anger Following Sexual Assault, and helps Women Over 50 Age Better. She volunteers as a Yoga Teacher with Veterans Yoga Project, is multi-award winning blogger, and a staunch overseas voter advocate.

Pheknyx J Ma’ri, known as The Agni Yogi, is a passionate healer, storyteller, and spiritual coach dedicated to guiding others through transformation and self-acceptance. Rising from the ashes of profound loss, homelessness, and trauma, she has reclaimed her power through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Now based in the Caribbean, she embodies resilience and reinvention, inspiring others to heal—even when it disrupts the expectations of those around them. As a writer, she weaves psychological and yogic wisdom into her works, including Combat to Life: From Soldier to Divine Feminine, blending personal experiences with Carl Jung’s theories to help women overcome shame, guilt, and doubt. Through her content creation, coaching, and storytelling, she reminds others that no explanation is necessary—only the courage to rise.
Closing Ceremony: Inner Resource Meditation (10 minutes)
