I sit on a Yoga block when I meditate if I’m not lying down on a bed. A reclining chair is also a lovely experience for me. Experiment with different positions to see what you like on any day. I add essential oils via a diffuser when I remember. I am sensitive to smell and oils enhance my meditative states.

Cushions, pillows, and essential oils. can also be used in a Restorative Yoga practice.
